It’s been a rollercoaster sort of year, this 2016, and unfortunately this year I did not watch a lot of anime. I did get back into gaming more, and by that I mean I’ve played almost nothing but Overwatch since May. I have managed to make some other things, and do the charity thing as well, but my presence among weebs has been mostly retweeting hawt images and conversing with fellow soldiers in the trenches.
But I do miss watching and waxing poetics about the silly chinese cartoons, so I am going to try to make a comeback with the winter season, and maybe keep it down to a small handful of shows so I don’t immediately want to run out to the store again for twenty more years. I’ll also try to go back through the past seasons and pick out some stuff to watch and review to pretend I did actually pay attention to 2016. No promises.

I’m not sure if I should say that I’m glad I’m not the only one around struggling. Oh well, having reset the blog due to hack seems to have given me a little more motivation.
You can tell in the last few posts before the hiatus that it was just a /struggle/ to come up with anything good to say. I dunno if it was just the sort of shows we had through most of 2015 or my desire to do something else, but I just gave less and less of a shit. It also didn’t help that I couldn’t access it from work because the IT guy blocked my IPs. Since I was forced to change hosts and have a new IP, I am partially motivated to try again.
