Well this week marks the end of a handful of shows as the season starts to draw to a close, and we go without the cartoons for a couple weeks for the holiday and new year. Tonight, we take a look at Kyoukai no Kanata, Outbreak Company, and Yuushibu. Even with as lackluster as this season was, they ended on fairly decent notes, amidst some criticism. Let’s do it to it.

Internal Affairs

[HorribleSubs] Yuushibu - 03 [720p].mkv_snapshot_06.38_[2013.10.20_21.08.13]

Three weeks into the new season, and most shows hold steady, for the most part. I’ve begun to sort of rank and file things into what I watch sooner than other shows, and consequently I am leaving
some shows unwatched due to having other things to do. Such is the life of a regular person with a regular job trying to hold on to the glory of chinese cartoons every week.

This week I’m going to touch on Kill la Kill, Aoki Hagane no Arpeggio, Non Non Biyori, Outbreak Company, Kyoukai no Kanata, and Freezing: Vibration.

Ministry of Silly Walks

[Anime-Koi] Outbreak Company - 01 [h264-720p][72AD8D78].mkv_snapshot_12.59_[2013.10.05_17.47.15]

Five more premieres to throw at you tonight, Freezing Vibration, Outbreak Company, Yuushibu, Golden Time, and Little Busters Refrain. A couple of these were not on my original chart, but were on my shortlist of follows for the season. I have to say, of the nine first episodes I’ve watched, this season is shaping up to be a pretty tight season. Cream-of-the-crop material? That remains to be forseen. Let’s see what we got.
