Per usual I have fallen behind because the weather is nice out, and that of course means I remember I own a house and with all the snow gone, it’s reminding me HEY YOU FAT FUCK, YOU HAVE SHIT FROM LAST FALL TO CLEAN UP! Fuuuuuuuck. Being an adult sucks. I also have one more First Look post coming out tonight, but forgot to save the screens I was going to use to Dropbox because reasons. So expect that too.

Hestia. Just, Hestia. An Eina is fine too.
It’s everything I expected from a real successor to the Yakitate legacy. The only way this can possibly get better, is if Gordon Ramsey makes an appearance and tells them all they’re fucking shit.
A Koneko arc is fine too, but Issei pulling off the double-doorbell for BALANCE BREAKER? I mean, this fictional man is the hero of gentlemen everywhere.
Third episode is fucking where?
It’s delightfully charming in ways described by my upcoming First Look review, because comedic body swapping can still be funny.
I thought I might not like this because of the heavy undertones of Shingeki and Guilty Crown present, but once again, Hayami Saori shows up in her other show of the season to lend the perfect voice for Hiiragi, and all is right with my world.
Strong opening episode, decent second episode, still need to watch the third, but I am going to call this now, manly tears by the end of this show.
Strong opening episodes, but predictably once Haruhi enters the picture, it just stops being about Nagato and being about Haruhi, and she is 200% more annoying this time around than last. Hopefully they tone her down a bit in the coming episodes, because I quite liked the smaller cast dynamic as it was working before.
Decent premise, but slower-paced among other shows this season. Predicting that it shifts from ghosts and spirits to CHU-CHU-KISS.
Drift turning in the skies, on a dime, Macross-style. Great visuals, but being the late starter, not a lot to sample yet.
Short show, so I can’t say it hits higher than here, but it’s still a good watch.
I’m not sure I can take any more of the pretentious hipster in this guy, he makes me look good, plus it seems far too scatterbrained, but I guess something happens soon, so it’s on-notice.
Not a strong opening episode, feels too much like Bleach trying to mix a little InuYasha into it with some schooldayzzzz charm in it. Also on-notice.
That’s your quick roundup for the week. Now where is my third episode of Nanoha, the one fucking show I want to watch all season?
